中文摘要: 植物激素调控植物的生长与发育,从而影响植物的品质、产量与抗性。目前,对植物激素提取、分离及超微量检测是研究热点。植物激素超微量、高灵敏、原位、瞬时、动态分析方法、高效分离及预富集技术等方面仍然面临诸多的难题。针对现有存在的困难,本课题拟开展植物激素微萃取、高效分离以及高灵敏度检测方法的研究。以毛细管电色谱为基础,重点制备新型功能化石墨烯杂化有机聚合物整体微萃取柱进行微萃取和毛细管电色谱有机聚合物整体柱进行电色谱分离,构建毛细管电色谱-质谱联用技术平台以满足超微量或痕量植物激素的高灵敏检测分析。通过精确地定性与定量分析对植物激素作用机理、代谢、转运和信号转导等方面的研究提供重要指导作用。本课题的研究对丰富植物激素的萃取技术、分离与检测技术,拓展毛细管电色谱的应用领域,具有重要的理论研究价值和良好的应用前景。

英文摘要: Plant hormones could regulate plant growth and development, thereby, affecting plant quality, yield and resistance. Nowadays, the extraction, separation and ultra trace detection of plant hormone were the research focuses. Many challenges including supermicro amount of plant hormones, high sensitivity, in situ, transient dynamic analysis methods, efficient separation and preconcentration technology still exist. For these difficulties, this study intends to establish methods for the extraction of plant hormones, the effective separation and the high sensitivity detection. Based on capillary electrochromatography, it is focusing on the preparation of new micro extraction column and capillary electrochromatography monolithic column for micro extraction and electrochromatography separation,and capillary chromatography - mass spectrometry technology platform has been built to meet the ultra or trace amounts of highly sensitive detection of plant hormones. Through accurately qualitative and quantitative study, it plays an important role for guiding aspects of the mechanism of the plant hormone and plant hormone metabolism, transport and signal transduction. This topic can rich technologies for extraction,separation and detection of plant hormone, expand to applications of capillary electrochromatography, which has important theoretical value and fine prospects.
