中文摘要: 包虫病或称棘球蚴病一种严重危害人类健康和畜牧业发展的人畜共患寄生虫病,是新疆最严重的一种危害人类健康的地方病之一, 给新疆畜牧业生产造成很大损失。本项目旨在研究包虫病的动力学模型。研究新疆地区包虫病的传播机制,建立模拟包虫病传播的动力学模型,研究模型的阈值条件、无病平衡点和地方病平衡点存在性、唯一性和全局稳定性等动力学性质。根据新疆地区近几年包虫病的实际数据,对模型的参数进行相应的估计,计算新疆地区包虫病传播基本再生数的近似值,进而估计包虫病的流行状况,为疾控中心等相关部门预防和控制包虫病提供有力的理论依据。本项目对推动传染病学理论向前发展,对于扩大传染病学的实际应用范围具有重要的理论和现实意义。

英文摘要: Echinococcosis is a zoonotic disease which can threat human heath and development animal husbandry seriously, and it is one of most serious endemic disease to present risks to human health and a lot of damage for animal husbandry in Xinjiang Province. The purpose of this project is to formulate and research echinococcosis epidemic dynamical models, to investigate the transmission mechanism of echinococcosis, to consider dynamic behaviors such as the existence , uniqueness and global stability for disease-free equilibrium and endemic equilibrium, and to find the basic reproduction number for these models, etc. Parameters of echinococcosis models are correspondingly estimated by the practical data, the approximate value of basic reproduction number is calculated, then the numberical simulations of echinococcosis prevelence in Xinjiang province are illustrated, a theoretical basis for prevention and control for the spread of echinococcosis will be provided for Center Disease Control and other relevant departments. This project is helpful to promote the advance of epidemic theories, and has important academic and practical significances to extend practical applications of epidemiology.
