中文摘要: 群集行为是自然界和社会中一种常见现象,研究群集行为的内在机制在理论与工程应用中均具有重要的意义。本项目从个体间的拓扑结构与个体的动态模型这两个角度出发,利用代数图论、Lyapunov 稳定性理论、切换系统理论、矩阵理论、微分包含理论等分析工具,系统深入地探讨合作竞争网络中异质个体的群集行为机制,重点研究系统的一致性与群一致性,内容包括:根据个体邻居集的分类,设计相应的一致性协议,得到充分条件,并分析个体异质性及竞争因素对一致性的影响;在无Leader的情形中,运用自适应控制的方法,设计带有自适应参数的群一致性协议,得到充分条件;在Leader-following框架下,运用牵制控制的方法,选取部分个体施加牵制控制,设计具有牵制控制的群一致性协议,得到充分条件,进而分析牵制控制中个体数量对群一致性的影响。项目的研究结果将在异质多智能体系统群集理论上取得创新和突破,从而推动其理论的发展和完善。

英文摘要: Swarming behavior is ubiquitous in nature and society, and it is of both theoretical and practical importance to investigate the underlying mechanism of swarming behavior. By adopting algebraic graph theory, Lyapunov stability theory, switched system theory, matrix theory, and differential inclusion theory, in this proposal, we study the consensus problem and the group consensus problem of the heterogeneous multi-agent systems in the cooperation-competition network, from the perspective of the dynamics of agent and the topology structure. The main contents include: A novel consensus protocol is proposed to solve the consensus problem according to the principle of neighbor partition, where the influence of the heterogeneous factors and the competitive factors on consensus are analyzed; in the case of the network without leader, a group consensus protocol with adaptive parameter is designed by using the methods of adaptive control, where several effective sufficient conditions are obtained; in the leader-following network, in the framework of pinning control, a small fraction of agents are selected to be controlled to achieve group consensus, where a group consensus protocol with the pinning control term is proposed and the influence of the number of pinning agents on group consensus is analyzed. This study provides some theoretical innovations and helps to better understand the swarming behavior of heterogeneous multi-agent systems, and thus may accelerate the progress of the theory of multi-agent systems.
