中文摘要: 本项目采用实验测量、数值模拟和理论分析相结合的手段,对二甲醚/天然气(C1-C5烷烃)组合燃料的着火特性和层流燃烧特性开展系统研究。采用快速压缩装置、激波管装置和燃烧弹装置获得二甲醚/天然气组合燃料在不同工况下的基础燃烧数据,测量得到高压、中低温条件下组合燃料的着火延迟期和高压下的层流燃烧速率,填补国内外实验数据工况范围的空白处。将实验测量与数值模拟相结合,评价现有动力学模型对于组合燃料的适用性,构建可以在宽广范围内准确预测二甲醚/天然气组合燃料燃烧特性的动力学模型。开展化学动力学分析,研究二甲醚/天然气组合燃料的着火延迟期和层流燃烧速率随温度、压力、当量比和掺混比等燃烧初始条件的演变规律和原因;研究甲醛污染物的排放规律和生成特性。本项目所获得的实验数据和动力学模型,将为二甲醚/天然气组合燃料的燃烧模拟及实际装置中的应用提供必要的理论指导和实验支撑,研究具有重要的科学意义和工程指导价值。

英文摘要: This project systematically studies the compression ignition characteristics and premixed laminar flame characteristic of dimethyl ether/natural gas fuel blends by using experimental measurement and theoretical analysis. Rapid compression machine, shock tube and combustion bomb will be used to investigate the ignition process, flame propagation process and mechanism of dimethyl ether/natural gas fuel blends under various conditions. In particular, to obtain ignition delay time under high pressure, low temperature conditions and laminar flame speed under high pressure. Detailed chemical kinetic model of the dimethyl ether/natural gas fuel blends will be developed. The project expects to clarify the relationships between ignition delay times and laminar flame speed versus temperature, pressure, equivalence ratio,fuel component and blending ratio; to clarify the formation of unregulated formaldehyde emissions. The fundamental study has important academic value to the understanding of ignition and flame propagation characteristics of dimethyl ether/natural gas fuel blends. Furthermore, this study will provide scientific criterion of engineering application and reliable experimental support for designing and improving the combustion chamber of practical burning equipment with dimethyl ether/natural gas fuel to achieve efficient and low emission combustion
