中文摘要: 由于辐射反问题求解的复杂性,用发射CT法检测碳氢扩散火焰的温度和碳黑体积份额分布还仅限于一维轴对称火焰。本项目针对二维碳氢扩散火焰,拟采用三台彩色CCD摄像机拍摄火焰图像,通过黑体炉标定获得火焰在红绿蓝三基色波长下的光谱辐射强度,进而用图像处理方法从光谱辐射强度中计算出辐射温度图像和辐射率图像,再用Tikhonov正则化方法从辐射温度图像中反演二维温度分布,用PSO算法从辐射率图像中更新碳黑体积份额分布,两者交叉迭代,建立碳氢扩散火焰中温度和碳黑体积份额分布的同时反演方法;并对乙烯扩散火焰开展实验检测,给出某一横截面上的温度和碳黑体积份额分布,以验证本方法的有效性;再改变乙烯和空气的流量,通过大量的实验分析乙烯扩散火焰中碳黑的生成规律。本项目对火焰中碳黑生成机理的研究和降低燃烧污染物排放都有着重要的科学意义和应用价值。

英文摘要: Because of the complexity of solving inverse radiation problem, distributions of temperature and soot volume fraction in hydro-carbon diffusion flames using emission CT method are measured only in one-dimenssional(1-D) axisymmetric flame. The project will research two-dimensional(2-D) hydro-carbon diffusion flames, and use three color CCD camera to capture flame images, and acquire spectral radiative intensities of flame in red, green, blue wavelength through calibraion in a black-body furnace. The radiative temperature and emissivity images can be calculated by image processing, and then the 2-D temperature distribution can be reconstructed from temperature image using Tikhonov regularization method, the soot volume fraciton distribution can be updated by particle swarm optimization(PSO) method. These two steps are taken alternately to establish a simultaneouse reconstruction method of distributions of temperature and soot volume fraction in hydro-carbon diffusion flames. the experiments in an ethylen-air diffusion flame will be conducted, and distributions of temperature and soot volume fraction in one cross-section in the flame will be given to validate the method. Changing the flow of ethylen and air, more experiments will be done to analyze the formation of soot in ethylen-air diffusion flames. The achievements of the project have an important scientific significance and applicable value for understanding the formation mechanism of soot in flame and redusing emission of pollutant in combustion.
