中文摘要: “伺服电机驱动的连铸结晶器非正弦振动发生装置”,可避免现有其它方式驱动结晶器振动的多种不足,具有节能降耗、使用寿命长等优点,于2007年批准为发明专利。申请人在拥有自主知识产权和现有实验条件的基础上,拟研究开发一套伺服电机驱动的连铸结晶器非正弦(含正弦)振动管控一体化系统,进行实验室和工业试验,并对系统的关键技术进行研究。主要研究内容包括:1)系统的自主集成设计及试制。2)伺服电机转速/位置高精度跟踪控制研究;伺服电机启停时位置控制和正常工作时转速控制间的平稳切换控制研究。3)结晶器速度/位移系统跟踪控制算法的研究。4)结晶器模拟振动台及减震缓冲装置设计。5)结晶器非正弦振动波形随拉坯速度变化而产生的不同波形间的实时精准平稳切换控制研究,以保证结晶器振动的平稳性;以及整个系统的实验研究。6)在合作单位的方坯连铸机某1流上进行工业试验。该项目具有重要的实际价值和理论意义,具有广泛的推广价值。

英文摘要: “Non-sinusoidal Oscillation Generator for Continuous Casting Mold Driven by Servo Motor” was validated and authorized as a invention patent by the State Intellectual Property Office in 2007. This invention not only can avoid some shortages that exist in other existing devices, but also has some advantages, such as save energy and reduce consumption, have long performance life, etc.. On condition that hold self-owned intellectual property and have some devices in laboratory, the applicants want to develop a Management-Control Integration System of Non-sinusoidal (Sinusoidal) Oscillation for Continuous Casting Mold Driven by Servo Motor, do experiment and industrial application test, and do research on some key technologies of the system. The main research includes: 1) Integration design of the system and trial manufacture of the device. 2) Research on high precisely rotate-speed/ position tracking control of servo motor, and the smooth switching between position control when servo motor starts or stops and rotate-speed control during normal working. 3) Research on velocity or displacement tracking control algorithm of mold. 4)Design of simulation vibration table and its shock absorption for Continuous Casting Mold. 5) Research on real-time, accurately, smoothly switching control among different non-sinusoidal osc
