中文摘要: 关注排放污染是当前管理学研究的热点之一。以碳排放权为商品的碳交易市场发展迅速,碳排放权供应链的绩效管理问题成为供应链运作管理中的重要课题。本课题以碳排放权供应链的形式抽象和特征研究为基础,研究碳排放权供应链的绩效评估和运作优化问题,以保证碳排放权供应链中多种投入要素和产出要素的同时改善和碳排放权交易契约平稳运行,完成组织减排承诺和经济增长的双重协调。课题的主要研究内容包括:(1)碳排放权供应链的绩效评估,(2)基于绩效的碳排放权供应链运作优化,和(3)宏观减排机制影响分析及改进。课题旨在建立和完善碳排放权供应链的内部和整体绩效评估理论和方法,设计针对内部绩效提升、碳交易契约、供应链伙伴重组等碳排放权供应链绩效改进的运作策略,进一步理清政府宏观减排激励政策影响与组织应对策略,为供应链运作实践和政府排放机制设计提供管理决策支持。

英文摘要: Carbon emissions governance is one of the hotspots in the current studies on management science. Carbon emissions trading market has developed rapidly and performance management of supply chain with carbon emissions trading becomes an important issue in the operation management area. Based on the structures and characteristics of supply chains with carbon emissions trading, the project focuses on performance evaluation and operation optimization problem of supply chains with carbon emissions trading, aiming to improve inputs and outputs simultaneously and make carbon trading contract work smoothly to ensure the completion of emission reduction commitment and economic growth. Main research topics of the project include performance evaluation, efficiency-based operational optimization of supply chain with carbon emissions trading, and impact analysis under the government carbon reduction mechanism. The project will establish theories and methods on performance evaluation of supply chain with carbon emission trading, develop some operational strategies to improve the performance of supply chain, which includes internal performance improvement, carbon emissions trading contracts and recompose supply chain network, and set up the strategies for supply chain to cope with the impact by the macroeconomic incentive polic
