中文摘要: 水下传感器网络与陆地传感器网络有着很多不同。通信传播延迟高、误码率高、带宽有限、能量有限、连通性差、节点移动和失效现象频繁。在恶劣而复杂的水下环境中,如何能够保证可靠传输,一直以来都是研究难题。在对丢失和错误数据进行恢复的同时,更应重视主要原因。本研究课题将参照前期链路状况的研究结果和数据,利用各种理论方法,归纳总结出一套能准确描述、预测水下传感器网络链路状况随时空变化的规律,并借助网络编码、FEC-ARQ混合算法、多路径传输等技术手段,提高数据传输可靠性。此外,本研究课题还将对影响可靠传输的另一个重要原因:网络拥塞进行研究。对现有研究成果进行改进。最终提出一套适合水下传感器网络的拥塞控制机制,提高传输质量。为水下传感器网络的大规律推广和应用提供必要的技术支持和方法。

英文摘要: Underwater wireless sensor network has unique characters, such as low bandwidth, hight proprogation delay, high error rate,energy constrained and so on. In such unique and conplex environment, how to guarantee the reliable transmission is a tough research problem. In the research project , we will study from the reasons of packet loss and packet error.In fact, one of the major reasons is that the channel changes with time and space.Even though, previous research has investigated some of channel characters and proposed many ideas about it. There is no general theory which we can take advantage. In this research project, we will use some information theory and experimental data to do the analysis and draw the general conclusion about channel changes.The conclusion will guide us to design the algorithms to improve the reliable data transmission.In addition, we will investigate another major reason, network congestion. Based on the current research achivement, we will find an approach to deal with congestion efficiently.Hopefully, the our research achievement will improve the development of underwater wireless sensor networks.
