中文摘要: 针对我国频频出现的食品安全问题,结合复杂样品痕量分析检测的重大需求,本项目拟针对不同的食品非法添加剂检测对象,设计合成14种烷基链长、对阴离子和表面电荷性质不同的键合型或聚合型的离子液体功能化磁性复合材料,发展新型磁性固相萃取技术并应用于食品中非法添加剂的准确、快速、高灵敏检测,开展食品安全检测的痕量分析新技术和新方法研究。主要包括:(1)磁性纳米粒子的制备和理化性质表征;(2)磁性材料多种形式的离子液体功能化;(3)固相萃取性能评价,考察磁性复合材料的富集能力和吸附选择性;(4)以淀粉中马来酸、食品中的抗生素、着色剂作为主要研究对象,优化萃取条件,进行方法学考察和应用;(5)作用机理和萃取机制研究。通过结合离子液体功能化磁性复合材料固相萃取和色谱分析技术,显著提高灵敏度,为食品中低丰度非法添加剂的快速灵敏检测提供技术支持,对推动分析化学样品前处理技术以及食品安全分析技术发展具有积极意义。

英文摘要: In response to the frequent food security issues in China and the dire need for trace analysis of complex sample matrix, this program is aimed to design and prepare 14 monomeric and polymeric magnetic composite materials functionalized by ionic liquids with different lengths of alkyl chain and different charge properties, thereby to develop precise, fast and highly sensitive detection method coupled with magnetic solid-phase extraction for illegal food additives. The contents of the proposal include:(1) preparation and characterization of magnetic nanoparticles;(2) preparation and characterization of new ionic liquid -functionalized magnetic materials;(3) evaluation of the extraction performance, enrichment capacity and selective adsorption behavior of the materials; (4) optimization of the extraction procedure using maleic acid in starch, antibiotics and colorant in food as target probes; (5) in-depth investigation of the extraction mechanism. The combination of solid-phase extraction based on ionic liquid -functionalized magnetic composite materials and HPLC will provide strong technical support for the determination of low-concentration additives, push forward the progress of sample pretreatment in analytical chemistry and benefit the development of technology for food security analysis.
