中文摘要: 随着双离合器自动变速器技术发展,对湿式双离合器接合过程控制要求日益苛刻。为提高湿式双离合器工作性能和寿命,必须深入研究其接合过程传递转矩机理和控制策略。项目依据前期研究基础,围绕湿式双离合器接合过程动态传递转矩多场耦合建模和控制策略两方面研究。从分析湿式离合器摩擦传动机理入手,分别对湿式双离合器接合过程微凸体接触行为、油膜运动状态及温度场分布建模,明确微凸体接触、油膜状态、温度场之间耦合效应,构建各模型之间交互关系,揭示热流固多场耦合对湿式离合器摩擦传动机理影响规律,建立湿式双离合器接合过程动态传递转矩多场耦合模型;以动态转矩模型为基础,运用最优控制理论,研究起步、换挡过程湿式双离合器接合过程最优控制策略。综合摩擦副微/宏观结构形貌、渗透性、流体惯性、温度场及热应力等因素、探明湿式双离合器接合过程热流固多场耦合与传递转矩及控制策略之间本质关系,为开发高品质、长寿命湿式双离合器提供理论支持。

英文摘要: Along with DCT technology development, the control requirements for wet dual clutch engagement process are increasingly demanding. In order to enhance wet dual clutch performance and life, the transmission torque mechanism and control strategy of wet dual clutch engagement process must be thoroughly studied. According to early research foundation about wet clutch, the project mainly studies two contents: the multiphysics coupling modeling of dynamic transmission torque and control strategies of wet dual clutch engagement process. Through the analysis of the friction transmission mechanism, models of asperity contact, oil film motion and temperature field during wet dual clutch engagement process are established respectively. The coupling effects between asperity contact, oil film motion state and temperature field are studied, and the relationships between these models are built. Effects of thermal-fluid-solid multiphysics coupling on the friction transmission mechanism of wet clutch are revealed, the multiphysics coupling model of dynamic transmission torque of wet dual clutch engagement process is established. On the basis of dynamic torque model and the optimal control theory, the optimal control strategies of wet dual engagement process during starting and shifting are discussed.
