中文摘要: 针对大容量高转矩密度电动机中的强迫式循环蒸发冷却系统,本项目将对电机冷却流道流阻特性和氟利昂物理特性进行理论分析后,提出循环管路系统性能匹配性的设计方法;通过建立温度场仿真模型和搭建流道模型试验平台,对蒸发冷却流道内的传热特性进行研究,并找出影响换热过程的主要因素,在此基础上对电机内部温度分布不均匀问题进行理论分析和试验研究;针对定子冷却流道内局部区域的气堵问题及其导致的异常高温现象进行理论分析,找出产生局部高温的原因并提出改进方案,在试验平台上进行试验验证;根据理论分析和试验研究结果,进行强迫式循环蒸发冷却流道结构的优化设计,发挥蒸发冷却技术的冷却优势和实现电机的有效冷却,为强迫式循环蒸发冷却技术在大容量高转矩密度电动机上的应用奠定坚实的理论和技术基础。

英文摘要: Based on the theoretical analysis of the characteristics of the cooling tube's flow resistance and the properties of freon in the Forced Circulation Evaporative Cooling System (FCECS) of Large-capacity High-torque-density Induction Motor (LHIM), a novel method is to be presented for advancing matching ability of circulating pipeline system.The heat transfer performance of the cooling tube will be studied by thermal field model and the experiment, so as to find out the main factors influencing the heat transfer process.On this basis, the theoretical analysis and experimental study will be done to the non-uniform distribution of temperature field in the LHIM.Through theoretical analysis of the gas-jam existing in a local area of the cooling tube and resulted abnormal high temperature in the LHIM, local area with high temperature would be found out and improved scheme would be proposed and verified on the experimental platform.According to the results of the academic analysis and experimental study of FCECS, This project will optimize the structure of the cooling tube to bring the advantage and efficiency of the evaporative cooling system into work.This research will laid solid foundation for the application of FCECS to advanced induction motors.
