中文摘要: 滚动轴承摩擦界面润滑薄膜参数、接触表面参数、轴承内部游隙、轴承元件及转子-轴承系统尺寸共同构成多尺度复杂系统,但轴承润滑与材料技术和轴承分析技术的相互独立,导致关键机械部件轴承失效后难以判断轴承为"受害者"或"作案者"。项目通过建立润滑材料物性变化与系统摩擦状态转变的交互作用模型,实现界面摩擦配副测试与仿真分析的闭环对接,获得轴承固体薄膜润滑或固液复合润滑界面设计准则;结合轴承动力学分析技术与三维多尺度有限元方法,实现界面润滑参数与轴承元件乃至轴承-转子全系统的跨尺度连接,构建覆盖轴承-转子宏观系统到摩擦界面纳微体系的跨尺度分析方法,实现精密机械核心轴承部件润滑设计的面向工况全系统摩擦学工程设计方法。

英文摘要: In the lubrication system of rolling bearings, the thin film lubrication parameters, surface contact parameters, bearing clearances, bearing elements and bearing-rotor system consist of a cross scale sophisiticated system. But the isolation between the bearing lubrication technology and the material and bearing analysis technology make it difficult to distinguish the results and the causes during analyzing the failure bearings. In this study, through modeling interaction between the lubricant property change and tribological state change, the relation between the measured operation parameters of tribological pairs and silmuation results can be set up, and the tribological design rules of the solid thin film and composited lubrication of solid and liquid lubricants can be obtained. Applying the bearing dynamic analysis and 3-D cross scale finite element method,the lubrication parameters cross the scale among contact surface, bearing elements and bearing-rotor system can be connected. The cross scale analysis method from the micrometer scale of the contact surface to the bearing-roter system can be established, and the working condition oriented tribological design of all scale system for the precision bearing system can be realized.
