中文摘要: 由电解电容器的阳极和电化学超级电容器的阴极组成的混合型超级电容器,工作电压比普通超级电容器高一个数量级,有广阔的应用前景。该电容器内的能量流分配决定其主要性能参数,准确地描述能量流的动态特性是其基本科学问题之一。本课题首先建立基于能量流的混合型超级电容器物理模型,并对模型参数进行优化分析;在此模型基础上,研究不同的混合型超级电容器结构和组成参数对能量流分配的影响,以及不同配比、配置方法的电极材料对能量流分配乃至混合型超级电容器性能参数的影响规律。应用本研究的模型分析结果,指导制备出具有高性能参数的混合型超级电容器样品,经过电化学工作站的测试分析,修正模型参数。本研究借助能量流分析完成混合式超级电容器物理本质的描述,旨在提高其电气性能和储能密度参数,使混合型超级电容器在储能和脉冲功率领域得到更好的应用。

英文摘要: The hybrid supercapacitor, which is composed of the anode of electrolytic capacitor and the cathode of electrochemical hybrid supercapacitor, has broad application prospects because its operating voltage is an order of magnitude higher than the ordinary supercapacitor. The main performance parameters of the hybrid supercapacitor are determined by the energy flow allocation in the capacitor, therefore, accurate description of the dynamic characteristics of the energy flow is one of the basic scientific issues.The energy storage physical model of the hybrid supercapacitor, which is based on the energy flow, is modelled firstly in this research project. On the basis of this hybrid supercapacitor model, the impact of the structural parameters of the energy distribution, and the influence law of the electrode material with different ratio, configuration method of energy distribution and even performance parameters are investigated. According to the results of the model analysis, a sample of hybrid supercapacitor with high-performance parameters is in preparation, and then the model is amended after test analysis of the electrochemical workstation.
