中文摘要: 探索、发现不仅具有新结构,而且具有作用机理独特、高效、低毒、低杂草抗性的农药活性化合物,仍将是目前新农药创制研究关注的焦点。本项目以前期研究成果- - -杂环化合物关环新方法,以环境相容性的嘧啶并嘧啶为活性分子的基本结构单元,开展超高效除草剂的分子设计研究。拟合成未见文献报道的结构新颖的嘧啶并嘧啶类稠杂环衍生物,并系统研究嘧啶并嘧啶母体环上2-位、3-位、7-位引入各种不同类型的取代基对其除草活性的影响。试图能寻找到具有较高除草活性的先导化合物,选取代表性化合物为分子探针研究此类化合物的除草作用机理。

英文摘要: The new pesticidal compound with high selective, high efficient, low toxicity, low weed-fast is one of the focuses in the research and development of agrochemicals. On the base of the study of new cyclization of heterocyclic compound, new unreported pyrimidopyrimidine derivatives with good herbicidal activities are designed and synthesized. The molecular design of a highly active herbicide is studied based on pyrimidopyrimidine with ecological profiles. The research show that herbicidal activities of the title compounds are affected by the 2-position, 3-position, 7-position substituents on the pyrimidopyrimidine ring. The pyrimidopyrimidine lead compound is obtained via herbicidal activity screen. The optimization of lead compound leads to find the good pyrimidopyrimidine candidates with highly effective herbicidal aetivity. The novel herbicidal mechanism of pyrimidopyrimidine is put forward.
