中文摘要: 针对钼酸盐溶液中微量钨难以深度除去的难题,利用钨比钼相对更亲氧的性质,提出采用高价氧化物作为选择性除钨的试剂。探索实验结果表明,在钼钨混合溶液中高价氧化物对钨的吸附具较好的选择性。 基于这一发现,本项目通过对高价氧化物吸附钨钼的机理进行系统研究,揭示吸附钨钼产生差异的关键因素,进而对高价氧化物从钼酸盐溶液中深度除钨过程进行精细调控,在提高除钨率的同时抑制钼的吸附,实现钼酸盐溶液中钨选择性的深度净化。 本项目完成后,将进一步发展和完善钼钨深度分离的理论,为钼的提取冶金提供新技术的原型。

英文摘要: Aiming at the problem of efficiently removing trace tungsten from molybdate solution, high-valence oxide compound is adopted as the reagent for removing tungsten selectively by using the oxophilic properties of tungsten compared to molybdenum's. The exploratory experimental results showed that high-valence oxide compound has good selectivity for removing from the molybdenum-tungsten mixture solution. Based on this, the reaction mechanisms of adsorbing tungsten and molybdenum with high-valence oxide compound are researched systematically in this project, and the key factor which causes the differences in the adsorption of tungsten and molybdenum is revealed. The process of removing tungsten efficiently from molybdate with high-valence oxide compound is precisely controlled to improve removal efficiency of tungsten and restrain the adsorption of molybdenum for achieving the efficient purification of tungsten from molybdate. After the project is completed, the basic theory of efficient separation of W and Mo will be further developed and improved, which can provide the new technology prototype for the Mo removal from molybdate efficiently.
