中文摘要: 在甚短距离(通讯距离小于600 米)光通讯领域,与高速串行光通讯技术相比,高速并行光传输方案在系统复杂度、器件构成、协议构架和成本方面有着显著的优势。本项目研究高速率并行光传输方案中的准单片集成光接收器件的相关基础问题,研究基于高速光探测器列阵的结构参数特性、应用参数特性以及与电子电路兼容性,研究提高高速光探测器列阵与并行光纤列阵的精密耦合对准的方法及相关理论,研究高速并行光探测器列阵与专用集成电路芯片的准单片集成的方法及相关理论,拟解决高速并行光接收器件的高速率、低噪声、低功耗设计,并行通道之间的串扰抑制问题,解决并行传输中单通道速率在达到或超过5Gbit/s 时,由于调制速率、带宽、体积、散热等因素限制所带来的一系列瓶颈问题。解决高速并行光接收器件的多通道测试与电磁串扰问题。

英文摘要: In very short reach area,compare with high speed Serial optical communications, the parallel communications has some Obvious advantages, such as System complexity, devices constitute, protocol architecture and the cost. This project will study some basic problems as follows. The basic problems of the monolithically integrated for optical receiver. The parameter characteristics andcircuit compatibility of the photo-detector array. The theories of the precision alignment for the PD array to optical fiber array. The project will also consider the designs of the low-noise and low-power for the receiver, the series of bottleneck of the modulation rate and the heat dissipation with the receiver's rate reach to 5 Gbit/s,the multi-channel test and electromagnetic crosstalk of the receiver.
