中文摘要: 本项目研究用于微气隙气体探测器的像素型读出电子学系统。以电容阵列存储信号电荷,采用多通道公用一个读出电子学通道的方法实现系统的小型化。创新地使用嵌入实体电容的底板设计和多通道ASIC设计,来实现像素间距500um的万个通道的电子学读出。并且以三层电路板的结构实现这4万个电子学通道的信号测量、数据处理、图像处理和数据传输等工作。实现像素型的微气隙气体探测器读出,将会克服条形微气隙气体探测器读出的双事例不能分辨的问题。本项目的研究成果将用于一些需要成像应用的地方,如同步辐射等。

英文摘要: The project is to study of pixel readout electronics system for micro pattern gaseous detector. Some method are used such as storing the signal charge in the capacitor array, using a public read out electronics for multi-channel to achieve the miniaturization of the system. The innovative use of embedded backplane design of the solid capacitors and multi-channel ASIC design, to achieve the pixel pitch of 500um,total about 40000 electronics channel signal measurement.Using three-tier board structure in doing data processing, image processing and data transmission, etc. The using of the pixel readout electronics system for micro pattern gas detector can solve the poblem of the strip readout structure with can not distinguish two event coming at the same time. The study of this project will be used in which area requiring imaging applications, such as synchrotron radiation.
