中文摘要: 近年来,应用气敏传感器检测人们呼吸成分中有机挥发物(VOCs)特性变化来诊断肺癌的方法受到了越来越多的关注。鉴于当前人们对肺癌诊断方式高效化的需要,因此极为有必要研发出一种新型高效VOCs传感器以达到快速、精确诊断肺癌的目的。本研究中,基于阵列式结构的VOCs电化学气敏传感器概念被得以提出,同时将开展:(1)对当前已报道的各种电化学VOCs敏感电极加以筛选,获得一系列能够被用来高分辨检测人们呼吸气氛中不同VOCs种类与含量的敏感电极,同时将对VOCs响应机理做出相应的研究以优化电极的工作性能;(2)将筛选出的针对各种VOCs成分高选择、高灵敏度响应的敏感电极进行阵列化组装,从而构建传感器阵列;(3)验证所研发出的阵列式VOCs传感器在肺癌诊断中的应用效果,并对其中可能存在的问题加以探讨解决。通过本项研究,力争为研发高效、快速、精确诊断肺癌的小型化气敏传感器提供技术和理论支持。

英文摘要: Recently, introducing of gas sensors into detecting volatile organic compounds (VOCs) exhaled from human breath for monitoring the human conditions, e.g. lung cancer identification, has been received more attentions. In the great demand of accurately diagnoise lung cancer, it is necessary to develop a high-performance gas sensor with sensitive and selective response toward VOCs exhaled from human breath for lung cancer identification. In this research, strategies of developing electrochemical VOCs sensor array were proposed with these following steps:(1) several so far developed electrochemical VOCs sensing-electrodes (SEs) will be screened to find a series of SEs suitable for accurately detecting VOCs exhaled from human breath, in the meantime the VOCs sensing mechanism will also be studied in order to improve the sensing characteristics of these SEs;(2) a gas sensor array will be fabricated by integrating all these high-performance VOCs SEs obtained from step (1); (3) the sensing performance of the fabricated electrochemical VOCs sensor array will be examined to justify whether the proposed sensor array can be utilizied for lung cancer identification in real conditions, additionally, issues may exist in this research will be discussed.
