中文摘要: 本项目提出利用卟啉-大环作为识别探针,通过表面自组装技术制备单层膜,发展在线监测型的重金属离子电化学传感器。以不同杂环作为结合位点,金属卟啉作为荧光探针,本项目计划合成三类共六个受体分子,通过共轭连接将选择性结合重金属离子的化学信号转换成可检测的电化学信号。利用卟啉骨架的易修饰性制备叠氮取代卟啉,通过click反应实现硅表面的官能团化,即首先通过炔基硅氢加成在硅表面形成有序排列的末端炔基自组装单分子膜,再通过炔基和叠氮在Cu(I)催化下的环加成反应制备卟啉-大环官能团化表面。利用XPS、AFM和FT-IR等表征自组装结构,研究受体修饰表面的拓扑结构和官能团属性。将官能团化表面整合至微型电子器件中,利用伏安法和电位法研究不同浓度下的各种重金属离子的硅表面电化学信号,揭示受体结构-表面材料性质的关系,为进一步发展高灵敏、低能耗、易携带的重金属离子检测装置提供理论基础。

英文摘要: This project focuses on the development of on-site sensors for detecting heavy-metal ions. Porphyrin-macrocycle-based receptors will be prepared. The receptors will be self-assembled to form monolayers on inorganic surface to amplify the binding of the receptors for metal ions. The recognition is based on the selective binding of different macrocyclic compounds for different metal ions, while the attached metallic porphyrin unit is designed as fluorescent probe. Totally three types of six receptors will be synthesized, their selective interactions with heavy-metal ions will be converted into detectable electrochemical signals through conjugated bonds. Porphyrin azide derivatives will be prepared and their click reaction will be used to realize the functionalization of silica surface. Terminated alkyne will be first attached to silica surface by hydrosilation to form a self-assembled monolayer, the Cu(I)-catalyzed click reaction of the alkyne with porphyrin azide will lead to the attachment of the porphyrin-macrocycle receptor on surfaces.The functionalized surfaces will be integrated into miniaturised electronic cells and the voltammetric and potentiometric techniques will be used to characeterize the electrochemical signals of silicon surfaces caused by different metal ions of varing concertrations to establish
