中文摘要： 本项目基于网络理论和动态演化视角研究中国企业的对外直接投资决策问题，将企业对外直接投资过程中每一个决策的点与多个决策所形成的面相结合，从空间和时间两个维度充分揭示中国企业对外直接投资的空间网络布局特征及其动态演化过程，并比较不同类型（不同产业、投资动机、所有制、进入模式）企业的对外直接投资空间网络布局特征差异，以及探讨不同形态的对外直接投资空间网络布局对企业海外运营风险、运营绩效、组织结构和治理结构等的影响。以发展中国家的企业为研究对象探讨上述问题不仅能丰富现有的对外直接投资理论，而且会为中国企业在走出去过程中进行科学合理的空间战略布局，提升全球竞争力提供有益的指导和借鉴。

英文摘要： This project investigates Chinese firms' foreign direct investment decisions by employing network theory and dynamic evolution perspective. It aims to examine the characteristics of special network structure of Chinese firms' foreign direct investment and its dynamic evolution by integrating the individual decision as node and multiple decisions as surface. It also compares the network structures built by different types of firms (such as different sectors, investment motivation, ownership structure and entry mode), as well as the impact of special network structure on firms' foreign operation risks, performance, organizational structure and corporate governance. This study targeting MNEs from developing country can not only contribute to extant foreign direct investment theories, but also provide useful guidance to Going Global firms to make scientific decision and build global competitiveness.
