中文摘要: 如何在相对较小的尺寸范围内实现磁性纳米粒子和上转换荧光材料的复合,并保证强磁响应能力和高发光强度,是发展集生物分离和生物检测功能于一体的新型纳米生物标记材料必须解决的关键问题。本申请拟从构建多核磁性纳米聚集体出发,借助有机过渡层,实现上转换基质材料的"赝外延生长",并利用"生长掺杂",调控稀土离子掺杂位置,以此制备一种具有小尺寸、强磁响应能力和高发光强度的磁性-上转换纳米复合材料。并利用典型生物识别过程,评价这种多功能纳米复合材料对检测灵敏度、检测时间和分离效率的影响,为研制基于磁性-上转换纳米复合材料的高灵敏度、快速、实时检测原理型器件提供理论和实验依据。

英文摘要: Preparation of the magnetic upconversion nanocomposites with small size, strong magnetic response, and high luminescence has become one of the key challenges in the development of novel bionanolabels for bioseparation and biodetection. In our project, these nanocomposites were designed to prepare by the following protocol. The aggregates of magnetic nanoparticles will be firstly fabricated. An organic buffer film will be then introduced in order to enable pseudo-epitaxial growth of the upconversion host shell. The location of rare earth dopants will be controlled by the growth-doping strategy. The effect of the nanocomposites on the detection sensitivity, the detection time, and the separation efficiency will be investigated with a typical biomolecular recognition model. Our project will provide the theoretical and experimental basis for exploring high sensitive, rapid, and real-time biodetection prototype devices based on the magnetic upconversion nanocomposites.
