中文摘要: 维修是保证复杂系统可靠性和安全性处于满意水平之上的一个重要手段。实际工程系统在安全性和技术性等方面的诸多限制常常导致其只能接受有限次维修,而现有的维修决策建模方法鲜有考虑维修次数限制带来的影响。为此,本项目拟以导弹武器系统中的惯性平台为研究背景,突出维修次数有限这一重要特征,根据收集到的此类复杂系统运行期间的各种性能退化数据,以单位时间期望维修费用最小为目标,对复杂可修系统在退化状态部分可观测、具有多种相互影响失效模式和受外部环境影响这三类情形下的最优维修策略进行探索性的理论研究,并结合部队实际数据进行应用验证。本课题的研究成果可以为部队的维修保障提供有效技术支撑和可靠决策依据,进而提高部队装备维修保障水平、减少维修保障费用,因此,具有重要的理论意义和实用价值。

英文摘要: As an important way, Maintenanc has been introduced to keep the complex system reliability and safety above a satisfactory level. Constraints such as safety and technique always cause that the practical engineering systems can only be repaired only a limited number of times, which is rarely studied in the most existing literature. Hence, choosing the inertial platform of the missile weapon system as research object, this project will mainly focus on developing the optimal maintenance policies based on all the gathered information respectively for the three cases that the system degradation status can't be observed directly, the system has multiple dependent failure modes, and the system operate in an external random environment, through minimizing the expected total cost per unit time under the constraint that the system can only be repaired a limited number of times. Moreover, the application of these theoretical results will also be studied using the data obtained from the real military equipment. Our research and relevant results are of important theoretical significance and practical value in that they can provide an effective technical support and reliable decision basis for the military equipment maintenance, which can further improve the maintenance level of the armed forces and reduce the maintenance cos
