中文摘要: 建筑节能不应以降低居住品质为代价,综合考虑本地气候特征、人体舒适度与环境健康度,这样的建筑节能才是合理的、有意义的。项目利用无线传感器网络、红外热像仪实时获取微气候环境参数、人体舒适度参数、建筑室内环境参数等多模态信息,进行特征提取、优化、融合,解决信息的冗余、耦合、互补问题,在可忽略时空非均质性的静态微尺度下,建立线性化微尺度建筑综合节能模型;考虑边界环境条件,将模型从微尺度向大时空进行转换,利用实时采集的海量数据形成反馈,建立高精度建筑综合节能模型。项目结合夏热冬冷地区特有气候特征与建筑节能现状,对人体舒适度、环境健康度和建筑能耗进行综合分析,研究更准确、合理、有效的评估该地区建筑综合节能效果的方法,为"十二五"期间建筑节能工作的开展提供理论依据和技术支持。

英文摘要: Building energy-saving should not reduce the quality of living, so it must take into the full consideration of regional climate,human comfort and environmental health. Using wireless sensor network and thermal infrared imager to acquire multimodal information of regional climate, human comfort feature and building indoor environment, then, feature extraction,optimization and fusion are adopted to solve the problem of information redundancy, coupling and complementary. Firstly, ignoring the spatial and temporal inhomogeneity in the static micro scale condition, build a linearization micro scale comprehensive energy-saving model. Secondly,considering the boundary conditions, transfer the energy-saving model from micro scale to big space-time. Finally,the precision of the energy-saving model is promoted by data feedback from real-time acquisition. Considering the hot summer and cold winter area unique climate characteristics and building energy-saving conditions, a more accurate, reasonable and effective control method of human comfort, environmental health and building energy consumption will be studied in this project. Moreover, the method will provide theoretical basis and technical support for building energy-saving.
