中文摘要: 针对当前建筑节能设计对建筑生命周期能耗评估的迫切需要,以及建筑生命周期能耗评估缺乏统一的计算方法和科学有效的分析工具的现状,本课题拟以生命周期评价(LCA)理论为基础,研究建筑生命周期能耗的内涵,界定建筑生命周期能耗的指标框架,构建建筑生命周期能耗的数学描述/数学模型,提供一套规范的建筑生命周期能耗计算方法;并以此为基础,结合建筑生命周期管理(BLM)的理念,借助建筑信息模型(BIM)技术在信息集成与共享上的优势,研究基于IFC标准的建筑信息集成方法,设计面向建筑生命周期能耗评估的建筑信息模型,从而实现基于BIM技术的建筑生命周期能耗信息集成与运算,为建筑生命周期能耗评估提供科学有效的工具,为创建面向建筑生命周期的能耗评估与优化方法及操作平台提供可行的途径,丰富和充实面向建筑生命周期管理的BIM信息创建理论和应用研究。

英文摘要: At present, the importance of building life-cycle energy assessment for building energy efficiency design has been approved.However, it is still lack of integrated calculating method and scientific and effective analytical approach in this field today. This research,based on the theory of the building life-cycle assessment(BLCA),is going to study the facts and figures of building life-cycle energy(BLCE), put forward the framework and the mathematical description of building life-cycle energy,and present a specific calculating method for BLCE. Furthermore, combined with the concept of building life-cycle management(BLM) and supported from the information intergration and sharing advantages of BIM, the research will propose the methodology of building information integrated based on the IFC standard, and design the building information model for building life cycle energy assessment,by which the information intergration and operation based on BIM can be realized.The aim of this project is to provide a scientific and effective tool for building life cycle energy assessment and to create a feasible way for setting up an approach and an operating platform for building life-cycle energy assessment and optimization.
