中文摘要: 在快速城市化进程中,我国建筑总量规模大、增长快,建筑产业高能耗、高排放的问题引起了广泛关注。寒冷地区因其地域气候严酷,建筑能耗问题尤为突出。由于缺乏对于寒地建筑环境动态作用特定规律的深入解析,缺乏分析建筑能耗的有效量化方法与技术平台,使得寒地建筑节能设计无法实现应有的精确度与高效性,难以与整个建筑设计过程动态化结合,成为制约寒地建筑节能效果和设计水平的瓶颈问题。 本课题结合寒地建筑地域特征,从系统科学的角度分析寒地建筑与环境的相互作用,归纳总结出建筑环境动态作用规律,根据建筑能耗计算方法将其转化为参数方程;在此基础上,应用建筑信息建模技术与参数化技术建立建筑与环境能量交换量化模型- - 建筑环境动态信息模型,研究其运作流程及相关节能设计策略,进而提出基于建筑环境动态信息模型的寒地建筑节能设计模式,并结合具体工程案例开展实证研究,为寒地建筑节能设计提供科学的、可操作性和推广性强的辅助工具。

英文摘要: During the urbanization process , the problems of China have caused the widespread concern, such as the massive construction and its rapid growth, as well as the high energy consumption and high emission of the construction industry. According to the harsh climate of the cold region, the architectural energy consumption is especilly high. It lacks both the deep analyses of the special rules of the dynamic function of the architectural environment in the cold region plus the effective quantitative method and the technology platform of the architectural energy-consuming analysis, so that the architectural energy-saving design in the cold region cannot be accurate and efficient and it is difficult to combine with the whole dynamic design process, which turns to be a bottleneck problem of the architectural energy-saving effects and the design level in the cold region. With the combination of the regional characteristics, this project analyzes the interaction between the buildings and the cold environment, summarizes the dynamic operating rules of the architectural environment and turns the rules into the parametric equations on the basis of the computing method of the architectural energy consumption.
