中文摘要: 骨表面、红骨髓剂量与电离辐射引起的骨髓炎和造血综合症(在小鼠实验中已经发现)以及骨癌和白血病的发生密切相关。估算骨表面、红骨髓剂量是小鼠骨剂量效应关系研究的前提和基础,也是小鼠剂量学研究的难点。基于微型CT图像的小鼠体素模型与蒙特卡罗方法的结合使系统研究小鼠骨剂量学成为可能。本项目针对国内对小鼠骨剂量学缺乏系统了解的现状,主要开展三部分研究内容:(1)基于分辨率在微米量级的微型CT图像,综合运用各种图像分割与识别技术建立一个包含小鼠关键器官和组织、并且骨组织分割为皮质骨、小梁骨、骨髓三种组织的小鼠体素模型;(2)利用蒙特卡罗方法,计算获得不同能量光子、电子内外照射条件下的小鼠骨剂量学数据;(3)研究体素大小、照射几何方式、粒子能量、器官大小和位置、个体差异等因素对小鼠骨剂量的影响。本项目研究结果将为基于小鼠实验的骨组织辐射生物效应研究提供剂量依据,并推动辐射损伤诊治、辐射防护药物研究进展。

英文摘要: Osteomyelitis and hematopoietic syndrome induced by radiation,which have been found in mice experiments and the risk of inducing bone cancer and leukemia are closely linked with bone surface dose and red bone marrow dose. Estimation of bone surface dose and red bone marrow dose is the precondition and basis of mouse bone dose effect research.Meanwhile, it is also a difficult and challengeable work in mouse dosimetry.The combination of microCT image-based mouse voxel model and the Monte Carlo method provide a possible way to systematiclly study mouse sleletal dosimetry.At present, the mouse skeletal dosimetry remains unclear in china.Thus,The project mainly include three research contents: (1)Based on microCT images with resolution of micrometer and by using image segmentation and identification technique,a mouse voxel model containing key organs and tissues,with skeleton divided into cortical bone,trabecular bone and bone marrow will be constructed in this research; (2)Monte Carlo simulation will be carried out to obtain the mouse skeletal dosimetry data under typical internal and external irradiation conditions for different energy of photon and electron;(3)the effect of voxel size, irradiation geometries condition, particle energy, organ location and individual difference on bone dose will be investigate
