中文摘要: 本项目利用数学模型定量地描述和研究乙肝病毒在人群中的感染和流行,并结合现行免疫措施及治疗管理方法,建立反映乙肝传播特点和控制措施的动力学模型,研究模型的动力学性态,发展模型分析方法;分析年龄因素在乙肝感染过程中产生的影响,寻找年龄与慢性感染之间的关系;根据模型理论和数值结果揭示乙肝传播和免疫预防过程中的关键因素,评价现有控制措施的实施效果,为乙肝控制和疫苗预防寻求优化方案;将模型应用于我国乙肝感染的实际现状,预测乙肝发展趋势,估计其发病率,为数学的应用和我国乙肝防治的研究提供新思路,以降低和控制乙肝在我国的流行和发展。研究成果将丰富和推进乙肝传播的动力学建模和研究,探索乙肝传播定量研究中的新问题,为揭示乙肝流行规律及优化控制措施提供定量参考。

英文摘要: In this project, we formulate mathematical models to describe and study the infection and prevalence of hepatitis B in the population. The influence of the present control measures and treatment on the transmission of hepatitis B will be included in the dynamical models. We will study the dynamical behaviors of the models, analyze the impact of age on hepatitis B infection, and determine the relationship between age and chronic infection. According to the theoretical results and numerical simulations, we will determine the key factors in the control and prevention process, evaluate the effect of existing control measures, find the optimal management for control and vaccinations of hepatitis B. These models will be applied to hepatitis B infection in China to predict the spread trend of hepatitis B, evaluate the incidence, provide new ideas to the model application and the prevention of hepatitis B, and to reduce the prevalence of hepatitis B in China. The results of these studies will enrich the modeling research and the transmission dynamics of hepatitis B, promote the application of mathematics, and provide the theoretical basis and quantitative reference to hepatitis B control.
