中文摘要: 新生代农民工已经成为我国产业工人队伍的重要组成部分,新生代农民工管理也已成为相关企业人力资源管理的主要内容。本研究采用企业管理学科的最新研究方法,基于组织行为学的研究热点价值观理论,对当前民工企业人力资源管理的突出问题(离职和绩效)进行探讨。研究的核心内容包括:工作价值观对新生代农民工离职倾向的影响机理,以及工作价值观对新生代农民工工作绩效的影响机理。研究目标在于揭示并阐明工作价值观对新生代农民工工作中的态度和行为的作用规律和影响机制。本研究对新生代农民工个体进行实证研究,克服了传统农民工问题研究对企业管理视角的忽视以及在面对个体研究时存在的研究方法上的局限性,从而为当前农民工问题研究提供一种新的思路。研究也有望为民工企业的人力资源管理带来启示。由于将近年来组织行为学的热点问题和当前民工企业人力资源管理的突出问题结合起来,因而本研究具有重要的理论意义与实践意义及良好的应用前景。

英文摘要: New generation of migrant workers have been an important part of China's industrial workforce. The new generation of migrant workers management has also become the main content of the related enterprise's human resource management. In this study, we use the latest research methods of business administration disciplines to discuss the outstanding problems of migrant enterprises' human resource management on the basis of the values theory in organizational behavior. The core researches include the impact mechanism of work values on turnover intention of new generation of migrant workers, and the impact mechanism of work values on job performance of new generation of migrant workers. The goal of this study is to reveal and clarify the impact mechanism of work values on new generation of migrant workers' attitude and behavior in workplace. In this study, we make an empirical research on individuals of new generation of migrant workers, and therefore overcome the shortcomings of traditional migrant workers research for neglecting enterprise management perspective, and the limitations of research method of it for individual studies, and thus provide a new way of thinking for the current research of migrant workers.
