中文摘要: 血吸虫病是一种以螺为媒介的广泛流行于热带和亚热带地区的寄生虫病。鄱阳湖洲滩地区是我国血吸虫病流行最严重的疫区之一,因此定量研究鄱阳湖区血吸虫病的流行规律并评测防治措施的有效性具有很强的现实指导意义。本项目将分两个部分展开:第一,根据鄱阳湖区血吸虫病流行的现状与特点,建立相应的数学模型(包括连续、泛函、脉冲、随机微分动力学模型),运用动力系统的理论与脉冲控制理论,研究系统的动力学性质及各种理论阈值;第二,运用统计方法,结合模型进行计算机数值模拟与参数拟合,获取关键的复合参数值,预测鄱阳湖湖区血吸虫病流行的变化规律,估算各种阈值,为制定和评测防治策略提供理论依据和数据参考。具体研究内容包括四部分: 1)Barbour与 Macdonald双宿主、多宿主血吸虫病模型; 2)时滞对血吸虫病流行的影响; 3)随机脉冲干扰对血吸虫病传播的影响; 4)血吸虫病防控措施的综合评测。

英文摘要: Schistosomiasis, a snail-mediated helminthiasis, is one of the most prevalent parasitic diseases in the tropical and subtropical regions. The marshland area in Poyang Lake is one of the most serious schistosomiasis-infected areas in China. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to quantitatively study the prevalence characteriistics of schistosomiasis in the region of Poyang Lake and evaluate the efficiency of control strategies. The proposed project is aimed: 1) to set up a corresponding mathematical model (including continuous, functional, impulsive and stochastic differential models) with the theory of dynamical systems and impulse control, and to study the dynamical behaviors and various theoretical threshold based on the status and characteristics of the transmission of schistosomiasis in the region of Poyang Lake; 2) to predict prevalence variation characteristics of schistosomiasis in Poyang Lake, estimate the various thresholds, and provide a theoretical basis for the development and evaluation of control strategies and data reference via statistical methods in combination with a model of computer numerical simulation and parameter fitting so that the composite key parameter values can be obtained.
