中文摘要: 本项目拟对脑机接口中的运动神经编码问题进行重点研究。应用多通道微电极阵列记录大鼠初级运动皮层和前运动皮层背侧处的神经元锋电位和局部场电位信号;研究大鼠在执行特定的运动任务时运动皮层神经集群的活动模式;研究抗噪能力强的神经元锋电位处理算法,建立快速、有效的神经元信号分类方法;应用行为图像和神经电信号的同步系统以及神经集群信号的分析方法,对肢体动作进行序列化分解和定量化分析,解析运动皮层对多种运动参数的表征。通过本项目对运动皮层神经集群协同发电模式的研究,可揭示运动皮层活动与肢体运动参数之间的相关性,为基于运动神经编码的侵入式脑机接口技术提供理论基础。

英文摘要: The aim of this project is to research the neuronal encoding of motor system in brain-machine interface. The microelectrodes array is used to record the spike signals and local field potential signals from the primary motor cortex and caudal premotor cortex. The firing pattern of neuronal ensembles in motor cortex is studied when the rat is performing the specific tasks. The processing algorithm which has strong ability against noise is provided for rapid and efficient spike sorting. The synchronous processing system for behavior images and neural electrical signals and analysis methods for neuronal ensemble signals which are used for decomposing and qualifying the behavior sequences can present how the cortex activities characterize several motor parameters. By the studying the firing pattern of neuronal ensembles in motor cortex in this project, the relationship between activities of motor cortex and parameters of limb motion can provide theoretical basis on researches of invasive brain-machine interface based on motor neuronal encoding
