中文摘要: 在保证现有平稳控制性能基础上,探寻进一步提高用能效率的深度优化和控制方法是近年来炼油生产企业的实际需求和重点研究方向之一。本项目将主动利用炼油生产过程中普遍存在且易于获取的区间可调信息,设计针对生产过程深度优化目标的区间分解方法,推导体现用能效率可调范围的区间优化条件,并通过设计带有自适应降型调整策略的区间二型模糊系统,将该区间优化条件代入所设计的优化和控制结构中,以期最终实现对带有区间值可调范围的生产过程的深度优化和控制。同时对所设计的区间信息反馈机制进行深入研究,剖析区间可调范围与系统整体优化和控制的关系。本课题的研究,为实际工业过程的节能降耗和优化提供了一种可行的解决方案,对过程变量中含有的区间信息的优化和处理问题,给出了一种新的研究思路,也对区间分析理论和区间二型模糊系统在过程控制领域中的应用起到一定的推动作用。

英文摘要: Under the guarantee of existing stable control performance, the refining production enterprises have the actual requirements to explore the profound optimization and control methods to improve the energy consumption efficiency. Especially, in recent years, it has been one of the key research directions. By actively utilizing the interval tunable information, which commonly exist and is easily obtained in the refining production process, this project will design the interval decomposition method of production process profound optimization target. Then the interval optimization conditions will be deduced, which directly reflect with the adjustable range of energy efficiency. In order to eventually achieve the profound optimization and control of production process with tunable interval variables, an interval type-2 fuzzy system is designed to deal with the deduced interval optimization strategies. Meanwhile, the adaptive tuning rules will be proposed for the type-reduction part of designed type-2 fuzzy system. With the in-depth research on the designed information feedback structure, the relation between the interval adjustable range and the whole system optimization performance will be analyzed.
