中文摘要: 为了节约成本,提高试验效率,实际试验已经越来越多地被计算机试验所替代。计算机试验的设计与分析成为国际试验设计研究领域的新方向。本项目旨在对计算机试验中广泛采用的空间填充设计,特别是拉丁超立方设计方案进行深入的理论研究,研究这些设计与代数组合学中的有限域理论、正交表理论、编码理论、差阵理论、Hadamard矩阵理论以及拉丁方理论之间的内在联系,探讨这些设计在航空航天、生物医学、工农业生产等领域的实际应用背景,提出合理的最优设计准则,创新各种组合代数方法和计算机有效算法,构造各种参数下包含最多列数的最优设计。与此同时,深入研究各种空间填充设计的建模分析策略,包括高斯过程模型、正交多项式模型、广义Kriging模型等,在对比分析基础上提出各种情形下的适宜模型和分析策略。针对不同领域的具体应用,与实际部门合作建立试验设计的应用平台,用试验设计方法解决实际中的一些重要问题。

英文摘要: Computer experiments have been employed more and more in replacement of real experiments for economy and efficiency. The design and analysis of computer experiments have become a new research direction in the international field of experimental design. This project emphasizes on the research on the intrinsical theories of the space-filling designs, especially for Latin hypercube designs, which are widely applied in computer experiments. The essential connections with the finite fields, orthogonal arries, coding theories, difference matrices, Hadamard matrices and Latin squares in algebra and combinatorics will be studied. The backgrounds for these designs applied in the aeronautics, astronautics, biological medicine, industrial and agriculturial processes and other fields will be investigated and the related optimal design criteria will be proposed. The corresponding optimal designs with most columns under different parameters will be constructed by innovating all kinds of algebric and combinatoric methods and inventing efficient computer programs. Meanwhile, all kinds of modeling and analysis strategies for these designs will be discussed including Gaussian process model, orthogonal polynomial model, general Kriging model and etc. The more appropriate models and analysis strategies will be proposed based on the
