中文摘要: 针对江苏沿海滩涂开发利用监测技术落后问题,采用对于特定目标观测效果优异的机载激光扫描探测技术动态监测滩涂的开发利用,从理论和方法上进行探索研究,提出基于形态学梯度的机载LiDAR点云滤波方法,研究基于点云数据灰度信息的滩涂三维信息提取方法以及基于支持向量机的滩涂地物精细分类,并开发相应的滩涂三维动态变化监测软件平台,为江苏沿海滩涂的合理开发利用和生态环境的保护提供了科学依据。

英文摘要: To make up the shortfall of the outdated monitoring technology of the tidal flats in Jiangsu province, an airborne laser scanning detection technology is adopted in the monitoring of dynamic change of tidal flat in this research. It is good at observing some special targets. After researching theoretically and practically, a new filtering algorithm of LiDAR point clouds based on the morphological gradient is first presented. Then a 3D information extraction method using the grey information of point clouds and a sophisticated category method of tidal flat features using SVM are developed. In addition, a software platform which is applied to monitor 3D dynamic change of tidal flat will be developed. All of these will provide a scientific basis for the rational exploitation of tidal flats and the ecological environmental protection in Jiangsu province.
