中文摘要: 多轴同步技术是印刷机等现代机电设备的重要支柱技术,随着印刷机向着高速度、高精度、高可靠性方向的发展,对多轴同步提出了更高要求。本项目以无轴传动印刷机为应用对象,针对其存在的非线性、不确定、强耦合特点,以多轴同步与容错控制为关键科学问题,以实现干扰及故障情况下的高性能多轴同步控制为目的,研究容错与多轴同步集成控制理论方法与应用。项目主要研究内容为:提出基于群集运动的多轴协同控制方法,以实现多轴高精度同步;提出多目标约束的轨迹优化算法,以提高多轴同步控制方法平稳性;提出基于切换机理分析的滑模变结构削弱抖振方法,以提升单轴跟踪性能;提出群集拓扑结构的自适应调整算法,以及基于故障重构的容错控制算法,以实现分布式容错控制。最终形成有效和可供应用的集成容错控制的无轴传动印刷机同步控制方法,为高性能无轴传动印刷机的自主研发,以及无轴传动技术在现代机电设备中的进一步推广与应用提供了技术支撑。

英文摘要: The multi-shaft synchronization technology is the important pivot technology of modern equipment like printing press. The higher requirements are needed for multi-shaft synchronization along with the high speed, high precision and high reliability of the printing press. This project takes the shaftless printing press as the application objects to study the theoretical method and application of the fault-tolerant multi-shaft synchronization control with regard to the features of nonlinearity, uncertainty and multi-coupling, with the multi-shaft synchronization and fault-tolerant control as the key scientific research and aiming at the realization of the high precision multi-shaft synchronization control under the conditions of interference and fault. The main coverage of the project: advancing the flocking motion-based multi-shaft coordinated control method to realize the high precision multi-shaft synchronization; putting forward the multi-target constrained trochoid optimization arithmetic to improve the accuracy and smoothness of multi-shaft synchronization control method; initiating the switching mechanism analysis-based sliding mode structure control buffeting weakening method to improve the single-shaft tracking performance; bringing forward the self-adaptive adjustment arithmetic of the flocking topology a
