中文摘要: 平面干涉仪是检测大口径平面面形最有效可靠的仪器,其中,标准透射平晶作为核心部件,对整个仪器性能及精度起决定作用。本项目以天文望远镜中大口径平面的高精度测试为需求,拟解决大口径平面干涉仪研制中涉及到的参考平面标定难题,研究内容包括:1)研究基于干涉测量的大口径高精度光学平面绝对检验的算法,构建数理模型;2)研究基于波长调谐移相干涉技术的多表面分离测试技术,通过单次测量获取平行平板前后两表面的面形信息;3)实验平台及其光学系统、电气控制系统、机械支撑结构的优化设计。本项目研究成果将为下一步研制超大口径平面干涉仪提供技术积累,同时也可以拓展应用于天文、物理等研究领域大口径光学平面的高精度面形检测。

英文摘要: Interferometer is the most effecive and reliable instrument for testing surface errors of large-aperture plane.The transmission flat is the key part in the interferometer for that the characterization of the interferometer are dominated by the precision of the reference surface. This project is mainly aimed at the testing demand of the large-aperture high-precision telescope mirror.The reference surface calibration problem involved in the development of large-aperture plano interferometer will be solved.The main research contents include: 1) the absolute test algorithm of large-aperture plane interferometer and mathematical model 2) multi-surface separtion testing technology based on wavelength-turned phase-shifting interferometer 3) optimal designs for optical system ,electrical control system and mechanical support system of experimental platform. The project provides technical protection for the future development of extremal large-aperture plano interferometer, research results can also be extended to high-precision large-aperture flat surface testing used in astronomy and physics.
