中文摘要: 超声波电机是一种高精度电机,可用作高档的控制电机。研究超声波电机的伺服控制可提升其应用水平,发挥其卓越性能,不仅使超声波电机用于精密定位、仪器仪表等民用工业,也使其用于月球车、空间机器人等各种深空探测领域。 本项目围绕行波型超声波电机伺服控制系统及其应用。一是通过研究超声波电机伺服控制的多变量非线性数学模型,建立超声波电机伺服控制的理论基础;二是研究电机的最大功率自动跟踪与能量反馈,同时结合有关的测试方法,揭示超声波电机伺服控制系统的动态特性;三是研究基于泛化神经网络和李亚普诺夫稳定性的位置/速度/力矩非线性伺服控制策略,深化对位置/速度/力矩伺服控制系统的认识,形成超声波电机伺服控制系统的理论基础。通过此项目研究,进一步深化对电机伺服控制的认识,形成适用于超声波电机伺服控制的多变量非线性控制理论基础,以及基于超声波电机的伺服控制系统相关技术,为推进其伺服控制的应用打下基础。

英文摘要: Ultrasonic motor is a kind of high precision motor which can be used as high-grade control motors for precise positioning. Its application level can be improved by the research of its servo control. Its servo control plays an important role in outstanding output performance. Besides, ultrasonic motor not only can be used for precision position, instruments and civil industry, also for the space robot rover, and all sorts of deep space exploration areas. The purposes of this project are servo control system and its application based on the traveling wave type ultrasonic motor. The first purpose is to establish multivariable nonlinear mathematics model of ultrasonic motor servo control theory by the study of ultrasonic motor servo control system. The second one is to reveal the dynamic characteristics of ultrasonic motor servo control system through maximum power point tracking and energy control. The third one is to build the theory of the ultrasonic motor servo control system by the research of position/speed/torque servo control strategy based on generalized neural network and Lyapunov stability theory, and at last to have a deep understanding of the speed /position/ torque servo control system.
