中文摘要: 脑老化情绪记忆机制探索研究不仅是认知神经科学的重要问题,对相关疾病的诊断和干预治疗也具有重要意义。多模态核磁共振成像技术可以有效地从解剖结构、功能与生理水平等不同角度揭示脑老化情绪记忆网络潜在的神经机制。主要研究:结合动脉自旋标记灌注血流成像技术与校正fMRI模型解决脑老化引起的BOLD信号的扭曲解释问题,通过量化计算CMRO2与CBF刻画脑老化情绪记忆网络认知加工神经活动生理基础;对静息态与任务态功能成像数据采用复杂网络理论分析策略,研究分析情绪记忆功能网络的全局与局部特性以刻画出年龄改变对情绪记忆认知能力改变的潜在神经机制;通过脑老化情绪记忆网络神经基线生理水平-解剖结构-功能网络联合分析,研究基线生理水平与结构解剖网络、静息态功能网络与任务刺激激活程度之间的潜在关系。本项目的研究可为揭示脑老化与情绪记忆网络之间的潜在神经机制提供新思路和新方法。

英文摘要: To explore aging brain emotional memory mechanism is not only a very important cognitive neuroscience question,but can also contribute to diagnosis and therapeutic intervention for age-related diseases. Multimodal MRI have great potential as promising techniques to investigate aging related cognitive function by combing information from anatomical,functional and physiological perspectives. The main research topics include: combining the arterial spin labeling perfusion and calibrated fMRI methods as a solution to age-related differences in BOLD signal,and quantify changes in the cerebral metabolic rate of oxygen and cerebral blood flow in those regions that typically show activation during a emotional memory cognitive task,which can estimate the neural basis of aging brain emotional memory cognitive process;Analyzing the resting-state and task-related functional imaging data based on complex network theory to characterize global and local features changes in the emotional memory cognitive function,which elucidate the underlying organization of aging related emotional memory networks; Multimodal integration of anatomical structure,baseline physiological,resting-state and task-related functional MRI in the study of the underlying relationship between them, which will provide complementary information for elucidating neural basis of aging related emotional memory. This project can provide new ideas and methods for the understanding of underlying neural mechanism of emotional memory network in aging brain.
