中文摘要: 机械系统原始创新的核心是机构的拓扑结构创新(发明新机构),现已形成三种主要方法:基于螺旋代数的方法、基于位移子群的方法,以及申请人原创的基于方位特征(POC)集的方法,而并联机构拓扑结构设计的自动生成将面临新的突破。本项目拟研究基于POC集的并联机构拓扑结构设计的几何化方法,提出其计算机辅助设计的自动生成基本原理及其算法,主要研究:(1) 机构拓扑结构与方位特征的几何表示方法;(2)机构拓扑结构学基本方程的算法及其实现;(3)并联机构拓扑结构分析的算法及其实现;(4)并联机构拓扑结构综合的算法及其实现;(5)基于拓扑结构特征及其物理内涵的机构结构类型的性能评价与及其优选方法;(6)应用:2-6 dof并/混联光电产品自动检测平台机构拓扑结构的自动生成及原理性样机的研制。本项目将为开发具有我国自主知识产权的并联机构拓扑结构创新设计软件奠定坚实基础,为有关设计与研究人员提供方便、实用的有效工具。

英文摘要: The most important part of original mechanical system innovation is mechanism topological structure innovation, i.e. invention of new mechanisms. There have been establihsed three types of method for mechanism topological structure innovation up to now: screw theory based method, displacement subgroup base method and the Position and Orientation Characteristic (POC) based method. There still needs a breakthrough in automation of mechanism topological structure design. This project will focus on the geometrical method for topological structure design of parallel mechanisms based on POC. Basic principles and algorithms for computer aided topological structure design will be proposed. The main contents include: (1) geometrical representation of POC of mechanisms. (2) algorithm for basic topological equation operation and its implementation. (3) algorithm for topological structure analysis of parallel mechanisms and its implementation. (4) algorithm for topological structure synthesis of parallel mechanisms and its implementation.(5) performance assessment and optimal selection of mechanism topological structures based on POC and its physical meaning.(6) automation generation for topological structure design of 2-6 dof parallel/hydrid automatic optoelectronic product testing platforms and optimization prototype implementation. This project will lay a solid foundation for development of proprietory topological structure design software and provide an effective tool for relevant design or research personnels.
