中文摘要: 利用信息素防控害虫是一种理想的害物综合治理措施,以廉价易得原料发展高效的立体合成工艺,是昆虫性信息素研究领域的难题。本项目拟以甾体皂苷元氧化降解废料中的(R)-4-甲基-δ-戊内酯和(R)-3-甲基-γ-丁内酯为手性源,采用底物构型控制方法,合成侧链含甲基的手性化合物茶毛虫性信息素(R)-10,14-二甲基-十五碳醇异丁酸酯、大袋蛾性信息素(3R,13R,1'S)-1'-乙基-2-甲基-3, 13-二甲基十五碳酸丙酯及黄星天牛性信息素候选化合物(21R,8Z)21-甲基-8-三十四碳烯和(21S,8Z)21-甲基-8-三十四碳烯。通过气相色谱-质谱联用、气相色谱-触角电位联用等技术,结合Y形嗅觉仪室内生测结果确定其活性。通过分析林间诱捕试验结果,确定活性成分的剂量范围。本研究结果将为合成具有手性甲基特征的昆虫性信息素类化合物提供新方法,为开发昆虫性信息素类无公害农药提供理论依据和技术参考。

英文摘要: Using pheromone to control pest is an ideal way to IPM. It's very difficult to synthesis the insect sex pheromones in stereoselective synthetic pattern with cheap starting materials. In this item, starting from(R)-4-methyl-δ-hydroxy acid lactone and (R)-3-methyl-γ- hydroxy butyric acid lactone which are obtained from the waste in the degradation of steroid sapogenin,we are about to synthesis the pheromones of Euproctis pseudoconspersa (Strand), Cryptothelea variegata (Snellen), Psacothea hilaris(Pascoe) through FGI, carbon chain elongation, chiral seduction technology. And we will test the biological activities of these synthetic compounds (R)-10,14-dimethyl pentadecyl isobutyrate, (3R,13R,1S)-2-methylpentan-3-yl-3,13-dimethyl- pentadecanoate and (Z)-21-methyltetratriacont-8-ene in GC-EAG、GC-MS and Y-tube olfactometer. The research results will contribute to the synthesis method of those kind of chiral pheromone compounds and provide new ways to utilized the byproducts of the degradation of steroid sapogenin as well.
