中文摘要: 判定网络群体事件的主要标准是事件规模和事件后果。事件规模就是一定时间内的参与事件的网民数量。目前事件规模研究主要是从统计学和粒子交互作用原理的视角展开的,而申请人拟从网络维力的视角。前者一般基于全程抽样数据,故其事件规模曲线更符合实际,但预先性不足。故在小时段少样本下构造一个描述事件规模演变函数是必要,以便为制定预案提供依据,而基于网络维力构造的网络群体事件规模函数的优势恰恰就在于此。网络维力就是网络对信息在时间和数量两个维度所表现出的优势力,即时量效用。 先假设存在理想网络空间,这样轻松构建该空间的事件规模增函数;其次反向思维构建该网站的事件规模减函数;其三某时刻理想的网民累积数减去不再参与的网民累积数即为此刻的参与网民余数。在构造一个复杂系统模型时,如自变量少,则参数就多。该理论模型中含有多个参数,可用仿真手段来拟合求得参数,这样理论模型就转化成应用模型了。

英文摘要: The main standards for network colony incident are its' scale and results. Event-scale is the quantity to participate in incident a period of time.The research on event-scale stars with statistics and particle interacting principle, but network dimension-fore for me.The former based on sample data of all process, so its' curve furthermore accords with practice, but its' forecast characteristics is shortage.So it is necessary to construct the model for describing event-scale in a period of time and a little data, the Event-scale function based on network dimension-force takes on advantage.Network dimension-force is the advantage in time and quantity to information, viz time-quantity utility. First of all, there is a hypothesis ideal network space, so easily makes up this spaces' event-scale function.Next makes up an event-scale monotone minus function yet this net.So the netizen remainder is the difference value of the function above.The fewer there are independent variables, the more parameters for a complexity model.This model has more parameters and can been resolved by PC, so this theory model can been transformed applying model.
