中文摘要: 野螟亚科是螟蛾总科、草螟科中较大的亚科,是一类农林业的重要经济害虫,迄今全世界已知239属1400余种,古北、东洋区物种多样性丰富,其中东亚分布有120余属,是世界野螟亚科属级单元的分布中心。但目前该类群在东亚地区的属级分类混乱,研究严重滞后;近缘属、种的划分非常困难,此外,其系统演化关系不清,严重阻碍了世界范围内该类群的深入研究。因此,本项目拟结合形态、DNA条形码标准线粒体COI基因和2个核基因 (EF-1α、WG)等特征综合分析,旨在完成3方面的研究工作:1) 订正东亚属级分类单元,为世界野螟亚科的属级分类单元修订奠定基础;2) 基于DNA条形码对近缘种分子鉴定,结合形态及寄主分化、生物地理变迁及基因序列差异,揭示近缘种的谱系形成、进化地位及系统发生关系;3) 围绕属群的区系特点及进化历史,结合大陆变迁及重要的地质事件,重建其系统演化关系,揭示属群现有分布格局的成因。

英文摘要: The subfamily Pyraustinae is one of the largest subfamilies in the Crambidae. The larvae of many species are economically important pests in agricultural and forestry crops. The subfamily Pyraustinae currently contains more than 1,400 recognized species placed in 239 genera. The majority of genera are distributed in East Asia with 120 genera. However, because the generic level taxonomy and phylogeny have not been well-studied, and identification of closely-related genera and species is extremely difficult, this has caused confusion in the classification of Pyraustinae worldwide. Therefore, we propose to combine the morphological characteristics with standard barcode region of the mitochondrial cytochrome c oxidase subunit Ⅰ gene using nuclear markers (EF-1α, WG) with the aims of moving research ahead in three research area: 1) providing a generic revision for East Asian general in preparation for a revision of most Pyraustinae genera worldwide; 2) identifying of closely related species based on DNA barcode and revealing the phylogenetic relationships based on analysis of morphological and host preference differentiation, biogeographic information and sequence divergency; 3) illuminating phylogenetic relationships of East Asian genera to reveal the distribution patterns that combines faunal distribution and bioge
