中文摘要: 随着世界空间科学与技术的迅速发展,单光子高精度测距是卫星编队飞行、引力波探测、综合孔径雷达等领域亟待解决的一项关键共性技术,属于单光子信息技术领域重点研究内容。本项目以前期研究提出单光子探测技术为基础,利用单光子器件的雪崩倍增效应,采用差分放大滤波技术实现平衡单光子探测集成器件的研制目的。本次申请项目拟重点解决利用本项目提出的平衡单光子探测技术、与飞秒锁模激光技术及互相关飞秒脉冲飞行测距技术相结合,研究高精度、高动态范围、低功耗、小型化单光子绝对测距技术及卫星编队飞行应用技术,其目标是研制出具有自主知识产权的高精度单光子绝对测距集成技术,为空间科学、量子信息科学、生命科学、国防安全等领域提供高精度单光子绝对测距技术。研究内容包括:平衡单光子探测及互相关绝对测距基础理论,绝对测距器组件集成技术,性能实验验证等。集成器组件主要指标:测距精度:<50nm测距范围:30m-3km。

英文摘要: With the development of space science and technology,high precision single photon laser ranging becomes a key universal technology conquered by researcher in the field of formation-flying satellightes,synthetic aperture imaging and remote experimeents related to the general relativity theory. Based on the technology of the single photon detector, the project uses the avalanche amplifing technology to improve the detection sensitivity,and uses difference filter technology to improve the performance of the balanced single photon detection component, at last, uses the locked mode femtosecond laser, optical cross-correlation technique,and Time-of-flight measurement with femtosecond light pulses, to develope the high precision balanced single photon ranging component. The application will overcome the technology of the high precision,high dynamic range,low power consumption , ultra-compact balanched single photon component and ranging technique,the aim of the project develops the high precision and high performance single photon ranging component with independent intellectual property rights.on beharf of the formation-flying satellightes, it provides a noval principle, high precision and high performance single photon ranging method and technology. The research contents include the related foudation theory of balanched single photon avalanche readout, the optical cross-correlation technique and Time-of-flight measurement,the key technology of component developments and integration, as well as the performance analysis and ranging verification experiment etc.the key performance of ranging component is that the high precision is lower than 50nm,and the ranging is from 30m to 3km.
