中文摘要: 近年来,贵金属纳米结构的可控生长及其光学特性引起诸多领域的关注。如何控制特定纳米颗粒单体组装,并通过耦合效应实现局域场增强仍是具有挑战性的课题。在研究基础上,本项目拟开展:1)富含边角、台阶、多枝晶等亚结构的新型Au、Ag纳米晶合成与光学特性研究;2)设计并实现Au、Ag纳米结构的可控组装(重点是Au纳米棒端-端、边-边耦合)与介质包覆;3)光学测试结合FDTD模拟研究表面等离激元共振(SPR)与形貌、组装方式及光偏振方向的关系,局域及传播等离激元特性,金属-金属及金属-介质复合纳米结构的局域场耦合效应;4)利用金属纳米颗粒的局域场,研究其与转光材料复合后的荧光效率。本项目旨在进一步阐明新型Au、Ag纳米结构的形貌与光学性质相关性,更好地了解不同纳米结构SPR耦合及局域场增强规律;为进一步研究和解决贵金属纳米材料基于等离激元及局域场耦合效应在应用中遇到的科学问题提供理论依据和实验参考。

英文摘要: In recent years, the controllable growth and optical property of noble metallic nanostructures are particularly attractive in many research fields. In contrast to the explosion of plasmonic nanoparticles of various shapes, design and realization of the controlled discrete assembly of desired nanoparticles with small gaps, and consequent field enhancement through the localized field coupling remain challenges at present. Based on our privious research on the shape-controlled noble metal nanostructures and core-shell nanostructures, four closely related research items will be involved in this project. 1) Further study on the preparation, growth mechanism and optical properties of new Au and Ag nanostructures with rich sub-structures of sides, corners, edges, steps and dendrites. 2) Design and realizations of Au and Ag nanoparticles in controllable assembly (with an emphasis on the ene-end and side-side coupled Au nanorods),surface functionization and further surface coating with dielectric medium of these interacting nanostructures. 3) Investigation on the coupling phenomena at the "hot spots" based on the optical measurements and Finite Difference Time Domain (FDTD) simulations, such as polarization- and geometry- sensitivity of surface plasmon resonance,localized and propagating surface plasmon, localized field
