中文摘要: 磁通切换型永磁电机(Permanet Mangnet Flux-Switching电机,简称PMFS电机)是一种新型结构的定子永磁型双凸极无刷电机。相比于传统转子永磁型电机,PMFS电机定子上装配有永磁体和集中式电枢绕组,转子结构极为简单。由于特殊的绕组互补结构,使得该电机具有高度正弦的永磁磁链和空载感应电动势,较高的转矩输出能力与功率密度。然而,由于PMFS电机气隙磁场由永磁体单独产生,难以调节,限制了其在电动汽车等高性能需求场合的应用。因此,提出混合励磁磁通切换电机(Hybrid-Excited Flux-Switching电机,简称HEFS电机)。在HEFS电机中,通过引入电励磁线圈,使得气隙磁场由永磁体和励磁电流共同产生,从而可以通过改变励磁电流的大小与极性来直接调节该电机的磁场。分析比较了PMFS电机与HEFS电机的结构与工作原理;其次基于二维有限元法,分析了HEFS电机的电磁性能;然后建立了PMFS电机的磁网络模型,并在此基础之上建立了HEFS电机的磁网络模型;并试制了HEFS样机,进行了初步试验验证。所得研究成果为该电机的进一步深入研究和开发应用奠定了理论基础。

英文摘要: Permanent magnet Flux-Switching (PMFS) machine is a relatively novel stator-PM brushless machine with double-salient structure. Compared with the traditional rotor-PM machines, PMFS machines have both magnets and concentrated armature windings in the stator and extremely simple and robust rotor topology. In addition, the PMFS machines exhibit essentially sinusoidal PM flux-linkage and consequently electro-motive-force (EMF) waveforms, high torque capability and power density due to the special compensation effect in armature windings. However, since the airgap field is produced by the stator-magnets alone thus difficult to be regulated, which is unfavorable for some applications including electric vehicles. Hence, novel hybrid-excitation flux-switching (HEFS) machine is proposed by introducing a set of field windings into a PMFS machine. Thus, the air-gap field in HEFS machines can be easily controlled by regulating the magnetitudes and polarities of field currents since the magnetic field is co-produced by both magnets and field currents. Then the topologies and operation principles of PMFS and HEFS machines are compared firstly. Secondly, the electromagnetic performances of the HEFS machines are analyzed by 2-D finite element method. Moreover, the non-linear magnetic network models for FSPM and HEFS machines are proposed. Finally, a prototyped HEFS machine is manufactured. Overall, the results lay a theoretical foundation for the further research and development of the HEFS machines.
