中文摘要: 本项目将以金属无机盐(氯化物、硫酸盐、硝酸盐等)或配合物多面体微/纳米晶作牺牲模板,在设计的液相体系中,利用氧化还原或置换等化学反应使目标化合物纳米晶在模板表面异相成核、晶体生长或定向聚集形成壳层,从而获得II-VI族化合物空心多面体纳米结构;通过跟踪空心多面体纳米结构的形成过程,探讨空心纳米结构壳层的形成机制、目标产物纳米晶的成核和生长等,建立以金属无机盐或配合物多面体微/纳米晶为模板的空心多面体纳米结构的控制制备方法;考察空心多面体的形貌、微观结构等对其物理和化学性质的影响,尤其是由空心多面体纳米结构的各向异性所引起的与II-VI族化合物光/电特性相关的物理和化学性质。本研究将丰富空心多面体纳米结构的制备方法和手段,进一步明晰纳米材料的物理和化学特性与其微观结构和形貌的关系,促进新颖结构和形貌的纳米材料的发展,丰富功能材料应用研究的理论基础。

英文摘要: In this project the polyhedral micro/nanocrystals of the inorganic salts such as metal chlorides, sulfates, nitrates and metal complex would be applied as the sacrificial templates to prepare the hollow nanostructures. In the designed solution system, the redox or replacement reactions on the template surface might result in the nucleation, crystal growth or oriented aggregation of the nanocrystals of the target compounds to form the shell and then the hollow polyhedral nanostructures were obtained after removing the by-products and additives. The formation mechanism of the hollow nanostructures would be investigated through tracking the formation process of shells, including the nucleation, crystal growth, aggregation of nanocrystals and so on, then a new strategy for the controlled fabrication of the hollow polyhedral nanostructures was developed. The effects of the morphology and structures of the hollow polyhedrons on their physical and chemical properties would be characterized, especially, the novel optical and electrical characteristics of II-VI compounds caused by the anisotropy of hollow polyhedral nanostructures were focused.
