中文摘要: 针对目前赤潮定量化遥感监测方面存在的赤潮水体高叶绿素反演精度差和赤潮水体优势藻种辨识算法缺乏两个主要问题,本项目通过研究我国东海典型赤潮藻类固有光学特性与荧光特性的光谱特征及其差异;以水体辐射传输数值模型为核心,开展赤潮水体表观光谱模拟研究;研究赤潮水体红光波段反射光谱特征形成的辐射传输机制,以及与藻类固有、荧光学特性之间的内在联系;分析与了解赤潮红光波段光谱特征与叶绿素浓度的定量关系,最终研究建立基于红光波段光谱特征的遥感高浓度叶绿素反演算法与高光谱优势藻种识别算法。本研究可望全面了解赤潮红光波段高光谱监测机理,为我国下一代海洋水色遥感器的波段设置提供理论参考,为航空高光谱遥感在赤潮水体藻种识别中的应用提供支持。

英文摘要: Recent remotesensing method of red tide detection has two major difficulties: 1) estimate of high chlorophyll concentration from remote sensing is inaccurate ;2)there are few methods for discriminate of species composition. In this study, we will analyze the spectral characteristics and difference of inherent optical properties (IOP) and chlorophyll fluorescence about typical harmful algae species in the East China Sea. Based on the numerical radiative transfer model, the apparent optical properties (AOP) of red tide waters are simulated. The spectral characteristics of red part of red tides reflectance spectra and their relationship with IOP and chlorophyll fluorescence are investigated. And we emphasize the mechanism of radiative transfer in the red spectrum. Finally, the quantitative relation between red spectrum spectral characteristics and chlorophyll concentration will be built, two algorithms for estimate of high chlorophyll concentration and toxic species discrimination are developed using hyperspectral characteristics of red spectrum. We expect that the knowledge of the mechanism of red spectrum hyperspectral red tide detection is an important reference for the band setup of next generation ocean color instrument and support the application of airborne hyperspectral remote sensing in discrimination of h
