中文摘要: 本项目旨在更好地理解光谱及偏振特性,并着重研究偏振高光谱图像的建模仿真、数据分析与信息挖掘方法及其应用技术。具体包括:1)系统研究偏振高光谱的成像原理和成像过程,通过理论分析、建模及仿真来探究并揭示其与目标的作用过程和探测机理;2)深入分析偏振高光谱的本质特性,研究多特征模型化及其数学表达与物理意义的对应,进而研究并实现其特征提取和多模态多空间描述;3)研究并建立典型目标的反演模型和定量分析方法,构建水质分析与地物目标识别框架,研究基于主动学习和集成学习机制的信息挖掘算法;4)实现偏振高光谱在水质分析与目标辨识中的应用研究。在此过程中,完成偏振高光谱图像数据仿真,解决天空光对偏振光谱特性的影响、探测识别中的关键信息提取等难点和重点问题。本项目的研究将对这一新型遥感探测方式的发展和进一步应用起到推动作用。

英文摘要: The project aims at better understanding spectral and polarimetric characteristics, focuses on modeling and simulation, data analysis and information mining methods as well as their applications of polarimetric hyperspectral (PHS) image. It includes: 1) Systematically research PHS imaging mechanism and imaging process, endeavor to explore and reveal the interaction process between electromagnetic waves and object surfaces and the detection principle by means of theoretical analysis, modeling and simulation. 2) Deeply analyze the intrinsic properties of PHS, research multi-feature modeling and the relationship between mathematical expression and physical meaning, and then realize feature extraction and multi-modal/multi-space description of PHS data. 3) Research and establish the inversion model of typical objects and quantitative analysis methods, build up the frame of water quality analysis and target recognition, and research information mining algorithms based on active learning and ensemble learning. 4) Implement the typical applications in the area of water quality analysis and object identification.
