中文摘要: 含金属内衬复合材料圆筒结构是一种金属内衬外缠绕复合材料形成的复合结构,在航空、航天、兵器、化工等领域广泛应用。本项目针对金属内衬复合材料圆筒结构在瞬态热-机械冲击载荷下的损伤和破坏问题,从复合材料细观力学出发,采用断裂力学和损伤力学基本理论,建立热-机械载荷耦合作用下含金属内衬复合材料圆筒结构损伤力学模型,基于无网格法发展高效数值方法进行仿真模拟,采用密闭爆发原理和超声C探伤扫描技术开展冲击损伤试验。通过采用理论分析、模型研究、数值模拟、试验验证等多个技术环节相结合的研究方法,研究获得热-机械冲击载荷作用下金属内衬复合材料圆筒结构损伤模式、结构损伤产生、扩展及演化规律,为复合结构的安全性设计和寿命设计提供理论依据,为复合材料在特种工程结构中的应用奠定理论和技术基础。

英文摘要: Composite cylinder with metal liner is formed by composite enwinding the metal liner, and are widely used in the fields of aeronautics, astronautics, weapon and chemical engineerings. Aming at the damage problems of the composite cylinder with metal liner under transient thermal-mechanical impact loads, from the composite micromechanics, this proposal establishes the damage mechanics model for the composite cylinder with metal liner under the coupling of thermal-mechanical impact by adopting the basic principle of damage mechanics and fracture mechanics. And the effective numerical method will be developed for the simulations based on the meshless method. Then the impact experimental tests will be conducted by using the principle of closed bomb and ultrasonic C-scan technology. The structural damage modes of the composite cylinder with metal liner under the thermal-mechanical impact loads and the structural damage emergence and propagation rules will be obtained by using a various techniques combined research mothod, including theorical analysis, model study, numerical simulation and experimental verification, et al. The researches in this proposal will provide a theoretical basis for the security design and life design of composite structures and also provide a theoretical and technical basis for the applicatio
