中文摘要: 低碳经济时代的演进,旅游经济发展对生态环境的不良影响凸显对全球旅游业发展方式的转变提出了新要求,我国自然风景区的可持续发展亦被赋予与时代相符、与未来接轨的新内涵,践行低碳化发展理念,寻求从传统的粗放型向新兴的集约型发展方式转变念。以“面向低碳生态旅游,兼顾社会效益、经济效益与生态效益的和谐发展,如何有效促进景区低碳化建设,实现景区低碳化发展”为目标,可为景区系统低碳化发展成效及路径调整提供依据。在基于复杂性科学、系统工程、旅游管理等交叉学科理论为基础,结合自然风景区系统的结构、特性及表征,采用多属性评价模型、系统仿真、实地调研等方式,探析低碳化景区系统的演化趋势,从经济运行、社会发展、生态保护等方面,建立一套适宜我国自然风景区系统低碳化发展的评价与仿真预测体系,从宏微观角度系统地揭示景区低碳化建设的系统序度、发展趋势,为景区系统转变发展方式,缓解旅游经济发展与环境保护之间的矛盾提供新思路。

英文摘要: Evolution of low-carbon economy in the context of the negative effects of tourism economic development on the ecological environment motivates a new way for global tourism development. The sustainable development of natural scenic spot in our country is endowed with new connotation of matching the times and adapting to the future, the constant practice of low-carbon development idea, seeking from a traditional extensive style to an emerging intensive one. With the purpose of giving consideration to social benefit, economic benefit and ecological benefit, how to effectively promote the decarbonated development construction of scenic spot for low-carbon eco-tourism, the effective path and adjusting of the decarbonated development in scenic system should be provided. Based on the complexity science, system engineering, tourism management, and other interdisciplinary theory, combined with the structure, properties and characterization of natural scenic spot system, adopting multi-attribute evaluation model, system simulation, field investigation, analyzing the evolution trend of the decarbonated scenic spot system, from the aspects of economy, social development and ecological protection, etc., a suitable system for China's natural scenic spots in the development of low-carbon evaluation and simulation prediction system would be constructed, systematically revealing the system order degree of the decarbonated construction, development trend from macro angle to micro one, for transforming the development mode of the scenic spot system, putting forward the new thought to ease the contradiction between tourism economic development and environmental protection.
