中文摘要: 针灸及壮医疗法治疗痛风性关节炎治疗中有明显优势,代谢组学能以组、群、谱的集成形式反映中医证候规律的物质基础。本项目采用随机对照的研究方法,收集临床患者资料,同时采用局部注射尿酸钠的方法制造急性痛风性关节炎大鼠模型,然后给予壮医药线点灸及刺络放血,分三种刺血量。观察治疗前后关节滑膜组织及外周血炎症因子IL-1、IL-8,Th1细胞因子(IL-2、IFN-γ、TNF-α)和Th2细胞因子(IL-4、IL-6、IL-10)的变化,并收集患者尿液、血浆,大鼠尿液、血液和关节滑膜组织运用GS-MS质谱仪进行代谢组学检测分析。探讨不同刺血量及壮医药线点灸治疗急性痛风性关节炎代谢物质谱的变化及与炎症因子及Th1、Th2细胞因子变化的关系,运用生物信息学技术分析代谢产物的路径,绘制其代谢网络拓扑结构。为阐释传统壮医药疗法作用机制提供理论支持,为该疗法的推广应用提供证据。

英文摘要: Acupuncture and Zhuang folk medicine treatment of gouty arthritis treatment has obvious advantages, metabolomics reflect the integrated form of group group, spectrum of the material basis of TCM Syndromes. This project uses a randomized controlled study, the use of local injection of sodium urate method of manufacturing a rat model of acute gouty arthritis, and then give Zhuang medicine medicated thread moxibustion and Bloodletting in three stab blood. Joint synovial tissue and peripheral blood before and after treatment of inflammatory factors IL-1, IL-8, Th1 cytokines (IL-2 and IFN-γ, TNF-α) and Th2 cytokines (IL-4, IL-6, IL -10) changes, and collection of rat urine, blood monitoring and analysis of metabolomics. Explore the different stab blood and Zhuang medicine medicated thread moxibustion treatment of the spectra of metabolites in acute gouty arthritis and inflammatory cytokines and Th1, Th2 cytokine levels. Provide theoretical support to explain the mechanism of action of the traditional Zhuang folk medicine therapy.
